I was on such a roll with art with a never-ending stream of creativity and then in one day it just stopped. I lost interest in drawing and painting. At the Artist Social on Tuesday I asked my friend to write down a scenario for me to draw for her. I decided to do it in watercolor even though I'm not really very good with watercolor. I spent all day doing the preliminary sketch and started painting it tonight. Now I feel the creativity coming back and the painting is coming along pretty decent. I'm breaking every watercolor rule but now I really want to explore the medium and I'm pretty excited about it and art in general again. I got dried up because I kept doing what was comfortable.

On the evening of Saturday, March 1st you will be able to see twenty of my paintings on display / for sale at The Main Street Jukebox in Stroudsburg, PA. I will be there on March 1st to answer such question as "were you on drugs when you painted that?" The paintings will be on display / for sale throughout the month of March. Bring some cash because the store has a phenomenal selection of new and used CDs. You don't want to set foot into this store without bringing some lettuce. You'll regret it. Most of the paintings are from 2003 and some can be seen in the older galleries at: www.ChrisFrancz.com.

If a painting ends up not working - learn a lesson about what to do and not to do and just start the next one.

As soon as I start feeling sick I have to remember to take medicine right away. Next time I'll do that (but probably not). I like to get really, really sick just so my immune system gets a chance to show what it's made of and show how kick ass it can actually be. What's the point of having an immune system if you never let it get off the bench and into the fight? That seems pointless, right? I think I will become healthier by getting sick once in a while.

In the last seven days I've been told several times that I look "scary". In the last seven days a person told me that I remind them of Jerry Seinfeld. In the last seven days a person said that I remind them of Dwight from The Office.

P.S. Merry Christmas, Happy New Year and...well, whatever. Hope you all have a great end of the year. That's what we should say so that we make sure we don't offend anyone: "Happy End of the Year!" But even that is offensive in respects because you're telling someone how to feel. What if I personally like to have a miserable end of every year? You should respect my feelings and try to help me make the end of the year as miserable as possible for me. Don't get me started.

The paintings that I did of Ian MacKaye (Minor Threat), Sid Vicious (Sex Pistols) and Ray Cappo (Youth of Today) are now on display at the Main Street Jukebox in Stroudsburg, PA if you wanted to visit them. Tell them I said hi and that I miss them. I'm sitting in the laundromat with only one load to do and listening to the piped in Christmas music as I glance out the window and see the slowly melting snow. Okay, it's not depressing. It's not depressing. It's not depressing. Just tell me that it's not depressing and that I don't need to feel this way.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone. On Monday I drove down to Georgia with my brother to visit my dad. The worst part about staying at someone else's house is the whole bathroom thing. You have to figure out the bowl size, water level, paper / flush ratio / strength of the flush thing. It can be unnerving but such is the holidays. Cheers.

I'm sitting at the laudromat so I can go online and there's this song playing that has the opera-type guy singing: "you raise me up so I can...." And looking at other LJ entries and it reminded me of when I left Xanga to join LiveJournal. I used to post a lot of art back then (spring of 2006) and met so many cool people and enjoyed conversing through comments on each other's blogs. I have a Facebook and a Myspace but LiveJournal has been the best community that I've belonged to. I sometimes wish that I had the internet at home so I could keep up with everyone but for now I just scan my friend's posts when I come to the laundromat. I have four audio clips at
